Day Trip from Casablanca to Fez


After our personal driver will pick you up from your accommodation, in a comfortable vehicle, we will drive directly to Casablanca. In this Casablanca day trip from Fes, we’ll pass through many interested cities like Meknes and Rabat.

Our drive to Casablanca will be either by the National road or by the highway. We will visit in our way a beautiful monumental area named Volubilis is one of Morocco's best-preserved Roman ruins located between the Imperial Cities of Fes and Meknes, famous by its gorgeous arched doors and
high walls. This place will be very enjoyable for you and to have a rest and calm from the noise of the city, it is an ancient Berber Romanized town was considered the administrative center of the Kingdom of Mauretania, also one of the most remote cities within the Roman Empire, located in the far southwestern region.

Afterward, we are going to have a lunch and taste some Meknessi’s food and sweets in a beautiful restaurant to know their traditions and their way of living. Also, you’ll have the opportunity to walk among the Souks (Markets) of Meknes to explore their clothes, accessories, spices, etc.

Then, we are going to have a quick visit to Rabat, one of the most remarkable cities of Morocco, although it’s the national political capital, we will explore the most important place in this city which is Hassan Tower and relish a charming view of the sea from the Tower.

Our last station will be in Casablanca, the hugest city in Morocco and one of the most important cities in the whole Africa demographically and economically, Casablanca is the financial center of Morocco and is considered the important and the main industrial area of Morocco according to many industrial statistics.

In this tour, your professional guide will introduce to you the main sights of this big city including the Hassan II Mosque, Mohammed V Square, United Nations Place, the Central Market and the Royal Palace. Also, we will amuse free time walking along the “Ain Diab Corniche” and admire the oceanfront view.

We will stick to the Habous quarter to entertain the outside of the Royal Palace. Unfortunately, you cannot enter inside of the Palace, but you can discover it from the outside and see its beautiful architecture and the smart way how it’s constructed. The next sightseeing will be in the Cathedral
Notre Dame de Lourdes and the Mehkama, before going to the famous Hassan II Mosque, thespacious mosque in Morocco and the seventh hugest Mosque in the whole world.
